Nice room in 3 bed 2 bath home , must like animals as I have dogs and cats , I do smoke but strictly outside ,no drugs or drama please .just looking for someone who'd like to share my home with me who also enjoys being around pets you would have a private bath and full house privileges ,such as use of washer and dryer outside bar b que kitchen etc. I live in a very quiet safe neighborhood approx 10-12 from riverpark and about 15 20 mins from FRESNO STATE College the rent is 400 per month and that includes your utilities :)
